Lecce Pen Group
He was a prominent exhibitor at all of the most important exhibition venues for writing instruments throughout the world from the 70’s onwards. This form of marketing was only one of many strategies adopted to raise brand awareness, which led to Lecce Pen being acknowledged as a worldwide brand. This led to growth in market share that ultimately facilitated the birth of The Lecce Pen Group.
In the 90’s we embarked on a strategy of decentralising production to optimise output and service levels by opening plants in strategic geographical areas throughout the world. At present the Group has sister companies in nearly all continents. Slovenia, Poland, Turkey, Egypt, Brazil, Mexico and Hong Kong. The latter is considered to be a particularly important platform for the manufacture and sale of Lecce Pen Products now and in the future. It is important to emphasise that with decentralisation also went the transfer of technical know-how to each sister company. This ensured the transfer of Lecce Pen quality, the culmination of decades of learning to all corners of the globe and in many cases raised the standards of pen manufacturing within those countries.
